How can I place an order?

SafetyOne offers simple and quick ordering methods. You choose the one that best fits you for placing an order.

1. By phone – Call one of our sales operators on phone +40 0723.523.529., anytime during working hours from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.30.

2. Email us your order at sales@safetyone.ro.

3. Place your order online using the Shopping Cart. The online platform is available 24/7; simply add your products into your Shopping Cart. For more information about online shopping, visit www.safetyone.ro.

What payment options are available?

Payment methods accepted by SafetyOne are: Payment Order in advance.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes. Take advantage of our amazing customization options.

We offer customization by embroidery (text or logo), screen printing (monochrome or polychrome) and heat transfer (text or logo, monochrome or polychrome).

How do you deliver products?

All deliveries are made by GLS and Sameday Easybox.. View delivery details here.

Do you deliver samples?

Yes. There is no minimum order, and we are happy to send you even a single piece of product for viewing or testing purposes.

How long it takes to deliver the products?

For products in our stock, we’ll deliver your order within 1-2 working days from the day your order was received, meaning that it will reach your destination in maximum 3 working days. Products not in our stock will be delivered in maximum 5-7 working days from the day your order was received.

Even customized orders will reach your destination in maximum 10 working days.

Can I change my purchases if I am not satisfied with them?

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days in its original condition (all labels attached and in the original packaging).

All return costs for the products you want to exchange shall be borne by you completely.

Make sure you get proof of the shipment of products.

Please note: products made under special customer specifications, or products customized with customer’s details (embroidered or printed) are not exchangeable/refundable.

Product exchange is valid only  for orders made by individuals.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. All our prices are quantity based. The more you buy, the lower the price. If in addition to the discount shown on the website you wish to ask for an individual offer on a large order, please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Manager, Mrs. Carina MUNTEAN at +40 0723.523.529..
