You wish to change your product – No problem for SafetyOne!

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, according to GEO No. 34/2014, you can return / change the product within 30 calendar days.

 

Return process:

  • Fill out the return form.
  • One of our SafetyOne agents will confirm your return no later than 5 working days from its registration.
  • After confirmation, we will send the GLS courier to pick up the package from you.
  • The cost for returning the product is 25 lei VAT included, it will be paid in full by you, and will be deducted from the refunded amounts.
  • Make sure you get a proof of the return shipment.
  • The fee for the initial delivery is nor refundable.
  • The product must be returned with its original undamaged packaging, with all accompanying accessories and labels, without any signs of usage, as originally delivered.
  • After the parcel is verified, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with details about the refund.
  • Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date the returned products are received.

 

Exchange process:

  • One of our SafetyOne agents will confirm the exchange no later than 5 working days from its registration and will inform you of the delivery deadline for the new product, together with all the details regarding the exchange.
  • After confirmation, we will send the GLS courier to pick up the package from you.
  • The round-trip transport cost will be 47 lei VAT included and will be paid in full by you.
  • Make sure you get a proof of shipment of the product.
  • The fee for the initial delivery is nor refundable.
  • The product must be returned with its original undamaged packaging, with all accompanying accessories and labels, without any signs of usage, as originally delivered.
  • After the package is verified, the replacement product is shipped/ the replacement product is ordered from the supplier.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or return packages in the following situations:

  • damaged packaging; missing or torn labels;
  • improper packaging of the product;
  • signs of wear/damaged products;
  • washed products;
  • sending packages with cash on delivery (transport fees or the value of the product received);
  • returning products without the return having been approved in advance;
  • sending packages by Romanian Post.

 

To initiate the return procedure, log in to your account and access "My Orders" section. Then click the "Return Form" button next to the desired order.

 

Please note: products made to customer specifications or products customized according to customer's details (embroidered or printed) are NOT exchangeable / refundable.

According to the Romanian legislation in force, waiver of the purchase by unilateral denunciation of the contract is applicable only to natural persons consumers, according to GEO No. 34/2014.
